icole Elder began her ballet training in 1994 at Elite Dance Studio and Theater under Dana Tuma, former principal ballerina of Boston Ballet, later continuing her studies in the Russian ballet style under Kimberly Palmer. She trained and performed with Ballet Repertory Theatre of New Mexico, dancing in The Nutcracker, Alice in Wonderland, and Paquita while working with Katherine Giese, Alex Ossadnik, and Elisabeth Griffin. She has also performed nationally, earning top awards for her choreography, and was twice selected for San Juan College’s Young Artist Recital.

 

With over 12 years of teaching experience, Nicole has coached classical variations, choreographed award-winning neoclassical ballet pieces, and served as a guest artist at intensives across the Midwest. Currently, she is the Artistic Director at Cornerstone Ballet Academy and Ballet Mistress PRDC, where she helps guide the next generation of pre-professional dancers. Passionate about Biblically inspired dance productions, she is also well-versed in Pilates, injury prevention, and nutrition. Nicole lives in the Four Corners area with her husband Caleb Elder and their three daughters.
